Test solution used:
The mass fraction is (0.1 ± 0.002)% analytical pure NH4Cl (ammonia chloride) and (0.02 ± 0.002)% isooctylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol. The non-ionic wetting agent is matched with distilled water or deionized water.
Judgment standard of electric trace:
1. Judgment standard A:
When the current passing through the sample in the high-voltage circuit exceeds 60mA, the end point is reached. At this time, the overcurrent device cuts off the power supply and stops the test.
2. judgment standard B:
The end point is reached when the electric trace reaches the mark on the sample surface 25 mm away from the lower electrode.
The test report include:
1. model and name of tested material.
2. detailed description of sample: preparation and size, cleaning method and solvent used, sample surface (if necessary) and pretreatment, and sample thickness shall also be reported.
3. direction of the sample relative to the electrode (i.e. longitudinal, transverse, oblique, etc.).
4. voltage application method and adopted end point judgment standard.
