Scope of application:
It is applicable to the evaluation of the maximum service temperature of thermal insulation products such as loose filled thermal insulation materials, felt, blanket, block, plate and prefabricated thermal insulation pipe shell.

Main technical parameters:
1. Heating plate: made of SUS304 stainless steel, test area 900 * 450mm, protective layer around, width 80mm. On the lower surface of the heating plate, at least five thermocouples shall be used to measure the surface temperature, four of which shall be fixed on the diagonal of the heating area of the heating plate, and the distance from each corner shall be 150 mm. The fifth thermocouple shall be placed in the center of the heating plate. The temperature measured at any point shall not be lower than the required temperature, and the difference shall be+5% or+15 ℃, whichever is smaller.
2. Heating pipe: made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a length of 2M and nominal diameters of 88mm, 108mm and 133mm respectively. The three heating pipes are arranged side by side, and the prefabricated insulation pipe shell can be tested separately. The end of the heating pipe shall be provided with a protective section and an auxiliary heater no less than 75mm long to prevent excessive heat loss at the end of the test piece. A thermocouple shall be installed every 0.3m of the heating pipe to measure the surface temperature of the heating pipe. The thermocouples are arranged around the heating tubes in a spiral shape at 90 ° intervals. The temperature measured at any point shall not be lower than the required temperature, with a difference of+5% or+15 ℃ (whichever is smaller).
3. Temperature measurement system: thermocouple wire with diameter of 5.0mm
