DX8602 ignition temperature tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4610-2008 "Determination of ignition temperature using plastic hot air furnace method" and GB/T9343-2008 "Determination of flash ignition temperature and spontaneous ignition temperature for plastic combustion performance test methods". It fully complies with GB4610-2008 and also meets the standard requirements of ISO871-2006, and is used to assist in testing the combustion and flame retardant properties of plastic materials.
Compared with the GB4610-1984 standard, the 2008 standard eliminates the term ignition temperature and adds flash ignition temperature, spontaneous ignition temperature, and scorching combustion. The test calculation results are changed to flash ignition temperature and spontaneous ignition temperature. The testing instruments required in the 2008 version have also undergone significant changes compared to the original standard.
Concepts related to experimental results:
Flash ignition temperature (FIT): The lowest temperature at which sufficient flammable gas is ignited under specified test conditions when a flame is applied.
Self ignition temperature (SIT): The lowest temperature at which a flame is ignited by heating under specified test conditions without any ignition source.
Glowing combustion refers to the combustion in which there is no flame in the solid phase of a material, and the combustion area is accompanied by a luminous phenomenon.
Test principle of DX8602 ignition temperature tester:
In the heating chamber of the hot air furnace, different temperature heating styles are used, and a small flame is used to directly ignite the escaping gas at the opening above the furnace to determine the flash ignition temperature. The self ignition temperature was measured using the same method as the flash ignition temperature, but no flame was applied.

Customized ceramic tubes with an inner diameter of 100mm ± 5mm, a length of 240mm ± 20mm, and a temperature resistance of not less than 750 ℃;
