Test Principle:
The specimen placed vertically under the specified flame conditions is ignited with a small flame ignition source, and the combustion performance of the specimen is comprehensively evaluated by measuring the continuous combustion and ignition time of holding the open flame after the flame is removed, and blowing the air on the specimen 60 seconds after removing the flame, observing the combustion behavior and measuring the continuous ignition time.
Overview: This equipment uses a small-scale flame (gas blowtorch/alcohol blowtorch) test method to evaluate the reaction of conveyor belts in fire, and is suitable for evaluating the combustion performance of textile core conveyor belts and steel wire core conveyor belts. The ability to resist propagation combustion in the case of flame combustion, and the vertical combustion behavior of the specimen is evaluated by measuring the afterflame, the combustion range, and the dripping of combustion particles.
Scope of application: The conveyor belt flammability test instrument is suitable for the combustion performance test of fabric core conveyor belts and steel wire rope core conveyor belts used in chemical, coal, metallurgical and electric power industries. It is used to evaluate the reaction of the conveyor belt in a fire.
