Equipment Overview:
Suitable for scientific research institutions, the developed solid insulation material corona aging resistance testing system can achieve different corona test conditions, and can simultaneously conduct corona aging tests on 5 samples. At the same time, the system can also be used for the voltage resistance test of solid insulation materials against corona discharge; Can conduct systematic experimental research on the corona aging phenomenon of HTV silicone rubber under different conditions. At the same time, the development of this system is expected to provide a standard test platform for domestic research on the corona aging resistance of solid insulation materials, which will help to carry out research on the corona aging resistance characteristics of various solid insulation materials.

Technical parameters:
(1) Corona generation device:
1. Using YDT-5/50 power frequency corona free test transformer, voltage range: 0-50KV

1. Using Advantech's 16 bit PCI high-precision data acquisition card, the input signal voltage range is ± 5V or ± 10V, and the sampling rate is 3MS/s. Can simultaneously collect multiple corona current and voltage signals, and send the measurement results to the computer for processing.
2. The friendly LabView software interface can display the waveform of corona voltage; It can display the charge amount of positive and negative half cycles of corona discharge current, as well as the trend of discharge energy over time.
3. After the experiment, the test data can be generated into a report and printed or saved.
