We strictly follow the UL1581 section 1080.1-1080.14 standard for production and have been recognized by Guangzhou Meihua UL Company, meeting the VW-1 (V-ertical specific) Flame Test combustion test standard. Applicable to the VW-1 test standards of UL1581, UL13, UL444, and UL1655, as well as the FT-1 and FT-2 test standards of CSA. Economically applicable and widely used in the wire and cable industry.

Test method:

Adjust the flame height, place the top of the flame under the specimen, burn for 15 seconds, extinguish for 15 seconds, repeat 5 times, and check the burning condition of the specimen. The burning, extinguishing time, and number of repetitions can be set, and it can be operated automatically.

The entire experiment was conducted in a sealed laboratory with a volume of 4.32 cubic meters.

1, Combustion chamber:
