AC & DC Test Switching:

 

1. The high-voltage output of this instrument is AC voltage. DC is obtained by inserting a high-voltage silicon stack in series in the original circuit, so that the test loop is a pulsating DC voltage. The process of realization is that the silicon stack is already in the high-voltage insulation tower of the high-voltage transformer, and the high-voltage silicon stack is usually shorted with a short-circuit pole. When the DC test is required, the short-circuit rod is taken out to connect the high-voltage silicon stack to the test circuit, and the voltage of the loop is the pulsating DC voltage.

2. The AC and DC voltage switching of the test mainly depends on whether the short-circuit rod in the high-voltage insulation tower is taken out. When the short-circuit rod is removed, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is DC voltage, and when the short-circuit rod is inserted, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is AC voltage.

3. DC AC selection button on the front panel. The state of this button does not change the nature of the voltage output of the device. By pressing the button, the device simply connects the DC alarm circuit. Instruct the user that when the door is opened, you need to discharge the high voltage equalizing ball. Press the discharge device on the panel to make the end of the discharge rod contact the high-voltage equalizing ball. It is recommended that the user contact the high-voltage equalizing ball for more than five seconds each time the discharged copper ball is contacted.

4. In the DC test, the computer should also choose the DC state, otherwise the test result is incorrect. To put it simply, the AC voltage is multiplied by the DC voltage.

 

Performance characteristics:

(1) Door limit protection: do not close the door, even if the power-on point experiment starts, the equipment does not have any response, the software has: the safety door is not closed prompt.

(2) Voltage zeroing protection: If the power is suddenly cut off during the experiment, it will automatically return to the zero position after the next boot to ensure that the initial voltage is at the zero position

(3) Termination voltage protection: The termination voltage can be set by software to ensure that if there is an abnormal rise to the specified voltage during the step-up process, it will automatically terminate and return to zero

(4) High-voltage mechanical limit: If the software system loses control, the voltage continues to rise, and it will automatically return to zero after the high-voltage limit, if it is not stopped after the breakdown, the data collected by the overcurrent protector will ensure that the voltage is automatically zeroed with a high-voltage indicator, and the state of the indicator light can be judged by observing the status of the indicator to determine whether the voltage is really boosted or at the zero position If the experiment is done for a long time, in order to ensure the good operation of the equipment, the equipment has a transformer exhaust port to ensure the good operation of the transformer, and the service life is extended If in the experiment, If the sample has an odor or burns and smokes, it can be eliminated by the exhaust system.
