Overview:
This device uses smoldering cigarettes and simulated match flames as ignition sources to conduct anti ignition tests on soft furniture, simulating the anti ignition performance of soft furniture under the impact of match flames and cigarette head flames in actual use, in order to determine the anti ignition performance of soft furniture. The test box adopts insulation treatment, with stainless steel as the outer layer and insulation materials added to the middle and inner layers, making the box beautiful and generous.
Applicable scope:
Simulated match flame ignition source for evaluating the anti ignition characteristics of soft furniture. Mainly suitable for testing and evaluating the anti ignition characteristics of household soft mattresses, furniture soft packages, sofas and other soft ladder furniture.

Complies with the requirements of GB17927.1-2011 "Evaluation of ignition resistance characteristics of soft furniture mattresses and sofas - Part 1: Smoldering cigarettes and Part 2: Simulated match flames" and ISO 8191-1~2:1988 test standards.

Simulate match flames:
1. Ignition source system: One stainless steel combustion tube with an outer diameter of (8 ± 0.1mm) and an inner diameter of (6.5 ± 0.1mm) and a length of (200 ± 5mm);
2. Flexible hose: with a length of (2.5-3mm) and an inner diameter of (7 ± 1mm), it should be connected to a stainless steel combustion pipe;
3. Flow control system: including a flow meter, fine-tuning valve, on/off valve, and pressure regulating valve;

Cigarette ignition source:
1. Cigarettes are cylindrical cigarettes with or without filter tips and interface packaging, and meet the following requirements:
Length: 60 ± 5mm; Diameter: 8 ± 0.5mm; Mass per unit length: (0.6 ± 0.1) g/50mm;
2. Cigarette burning time: (12 ± 3) min/50mm;
3. Every 10 cigarettes of the same type are grouped together, and one cigarette is randomly selected. The burning time of the cigarette is measured in the laboratory according to the following method: after pre-treatment with 7.1, one cigarette is taken out and marked 5mm and 55mm away from the ignition end of the cigarette. Insert a thin steel needle horizontally into the non ignition end of the cigarette, with a length not exceeding 11mm. Record the time it takes for the cigarette to burn between the two markings during the ignition test according to 8.2 at the ignition end;
3. Laboratory: 2.5 meters long, 2.2 meters wide, and 2.5 meters high, including ventilation ducts. Made of stainless steel;
4. Observation window: One tempered glass observation window, surrounded by SUS304 stainless steel edges;
5. Gas flow regulation: Adjust the test gas flow to 45 ± 2mL/min;
6. Timing: 0-99.99H/m/s can be set arbitrarily;
