The product features: the use of CNC machine tools to process and form, the arc shape is beautiful and generous. It has the characteristics of beauty, anti-rust and anti-corrosion. Other parts are made of 45# steel with thickened surface plating/SUS304 stainless steel.
Scope of application: It is suitable for the evaluation of the maximum use temperature of thermal insulation products such as loosely filled insulation materials, felts, blankets, blocks, plates and prefabricated insulation tube shells.
The main technical parameters:
1. Heating plate: made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a test area of 900*450mm, surrounded by a protective layer, and a width of 80mm. On the lower surface of the heating plate, there rare no less than five thermocouples to determine its surface temperature, four of which are fixed on the diagonal of the heating area of the heating plate and are 150mm away from each corner, and the fifth thermocouple is placed in the center of the heating plate. The measured temperature at any point must not be lower than the required temperature and the difference is +5% or +15°C (whichever is smaller).
2. Heating tube: made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a length of 2M and a nominal diameter of 88mm, 108mm and 133mm respectively. Three heating tubes are arranged side by side, allowing the prefabricated insulated tube shells to be tested individually. The end of the heating tube should be provided with a protective section of not less than 75mm long and an auxiliary heater to prevent excessive heat loss at the end of the specimen. A thermocouple is installed every 0.3m to determine the surface temperature of the heating pipe. Thermocouples are arranged in a spiral around the heating tube at 90° intervals. The measured temperature at any point must not be lower than the required temperature and the difference is +5% or +15°C (whichever is smaller).
3. Temperature measurement system: the diameter of thermocouple wire is 5.0mm
4. Measurement temperature: 0-500, 0-900, 0-1250 °C (optional); The temperature is measured using a PLC+ module.
5. Control part: PLC module is adopted, and the microcomputer controls the real-time display of the temperature curve of the hot surface and outputs the report.
6. Heating rate: 5°C/min or 3°C/min can be set.
