DX8377B Thermal Conductivity Tester (Heat Flow Method)
1. Overview
This instrument mainly tests the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal grease, resins, rubber, beryllium oxide porcelain, alumina porcelain and other materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of materials. The detection material is solid flake, and the enclosure frame can detect powder state materials and paste materials.
Instrument reference standard: MIL-I-49456A (insulating sheet, thermally conductive resin, thermally conductive glass fiber reinforcement); GB 5598-85 (Method for determining the thermal conductivity of beryllium oxide porcelain); ASTM D5470-2006 (Test Standard for Heat Transfer Properties of Thin Thermally Conductive Solid Electrical Insulating Materials), etc.
Instrument features: with automatic pressurization, automatic thickness measurement device, and connected to the computer to achieve automatic control. The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection, which improves the test accuracy. It can detect the thermal resistance curve under different pressures, and the optimized mathematical model can be used to measure multiple parameters such as the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the material, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the interface.
It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and production plants for material thermal conductivity analysis and testing.
